Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original, sellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10%, in line with common practice in the handmade ceramics industry.
  • Custom or one-of-a-kind items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • To start a return, contact us at help@studiogolden.shop with your order number and a brief explanation.

Handmade Variations

Each piece is individually handmade and may show slight variations in color, shape, or size. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@studiogolden.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will evaluate and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
