I have no order confirmation email. What do I do?

When your order is complete, you should receive an emailed receipt. If the email didn’t reach your inbox, check your spam folder. If it isn’t there either, contact help@studiogolden.shop.

Has my order shipped?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email when your package ships. Please allow between one and two weeks for your package to ship, from the date you ordered. We ship out packages once every business day, but not on weekends or US public holidays. If it has been longer than two weeks and you haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation, feel free to reach out to us at help@studiogolden.shop. If it hasn’t been that long yet, reaching out will actually end up slowing us down. Our little hands are going as fast as they can šŸ™‚

Do you ship internationally?

Worldwide, babyyy! Simply enter the shipping address at checkout and you will get an updated shipping estimate. We charge what it costs us to ship internationally, but there may be an additional import (VAT) tax, depending on your country, when you pick it up. We have no control over that fee and cannot provide estimates.

I’m ordering this as a gift. Do you include pricing or receipts in your packages?

We do not include any pricing or receipt information in our shipments. Receipt and tracking will be emailed to the person who made the purchase.
